What this check cannot do
Every report states its own limits, specifically — not as boilerplate at the bottom, but named, so you know exactly how far the answer goes.
- Court records in India carry no identity. No PAN, no GSTIN, no address — the deepest record available returns a party's name and their advocate. A name match is never proof it's the same business, and every entry says so.
- Some names cannot be searched honestly. If a business is registered as something like "M/S J.S. Group", an exact search is too narrow and a loose one returns unrelated firms. We say so rather than guess.
- Spelling defeats search. A case filed under a clerical misspelling may not appear. We run exact and variant passes and tell you which found what.
- This is not a credit rating report. No score, no rating, no recommendation on whether to extend credit. It reports what public records show, with sources and dates. The decision stays yours.
